• Content you upload: videos, titles, descriptions, and any contact details you choose to add to a video or ad campaign (mobile number, WhatsApp number, website, and social media links).
• Usage information: views, likes/dislikes, comments, subscriptions, and engagement with contact buttons (WhatsApp, Call, Website), used to show you accurate statistics on your own content.
• Technical information: IP address and basic request metadata, used only for security purposes such as rate-limiting and preventing abuse.

How we use your information

• To operate the core features of the platform: hosting your videos, showing them to viewers, and running ad campaigns.
• To let our admin team review submitted videos and ad campaigns before they go live, and to contact you (using the mobile or WhatsApp number you provided) about arranging payment for an ad campaign.
• To keep the platform secure — for example, detecting and limiting suspicious activity like repeated failed logins or automated spam.
• To communicate with you about your account, such as notifications when your video or ad is approved or declined.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your contact details with anyone other than our own admin team, except where a viewer chooses to use a WhatsApp, Call, or Website button you added to your own content — that's a direct connection between you and the viewer, not something we broker.

Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in between visits (a session token) and to remember basic preferences like your Autoplay setting. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can update your name, email, and mobile number at any time from your account settings, and you can change your password there as well. You can delete your own videos and ad campaigns at any time. If you'd like your account and associated data fully removed, contact an admin through the platform.

Data retention

We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. Declined content and its files may be permanently deleted by an administrator as part of routine storage cleanup.

Acceptable use

By uploading content or creating an ad campaign, you confirm that you own the rights to it (or have permission to use it), and that it doesn't violate any law or infringe on anyone else's rights. All videos and ad campaigns are reviewed by our admin team before appearing publicly, and may be declined at our discretion if they don't meet our content guidelines.

Your content

You retain ownership of everything you upload. By publishing it on Adsbug.SHOP, you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute it on the platform for as long as your account or content remains active.

Ad campaigns and payment

Submitting an ad campaign is a request for review, not a guarantee of approval or a completed transaction. If approved, our team will contact you using the details you provided to arrange payment before your campaign goes live.

Account responsibilities

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Please let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it running reliably and securely, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we aren't liable for losses arising from content submitted by other users, third-party actions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Changes to these terms

We may update this Privacy Policy and these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use Adsbug.SHOP after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
